In the case of printed books, we will accept returns and refund your money in the following instances:
a. If the book is considerably damaged during transit
b. If the wrong book was sent to you (or if the book is incomplete).
Refunds will be made in the same mode as that of payment for the book, within 5 working days after the matter is brought to our notice. For more information, drop us a line at email@example.com.
In the case of e-books, a refund will be provided only if the wrong book was dispatched to you.
In other cases than those mentioned above, we will not provide a refund.
For customers who have purchased maps through this website, we will provide you with a refund only if:
a. the wrong map was sent to you, or the dimensions did not match those provided on the website
b. the map was damaged/torn during transit.
