About the Contributors

Fawzia Gilani-Williams has worked as an international educator and consultant for over twenty years in Britain, Canada, USA and the UAE. The author of many children's books, she loves stories that empower children to make the world a better place. Her other books with Tulika are Ismat's Eid and Munna and the Maharaja.

Niloufer Wadia started as a visualiser and was in advertising for over twenty years. She then took a sudden decision to leave and see if she could make a career of her first love, illustrations and painting. She did, and very successfully!
