About the Contributors

The author is as passionate about birds and animals as she is about early childhood learning. She is the director of an educational institution that runs schools in Maharashtra, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. She lives in Mumbai, but has travelled around the world and enjoys sharing insights about the wonderful diversity of India.

The illustrator is also an amateur astrologer and master raconteur. He has been drawing pictures for children for a long time, and believes anyone who want to can draw. He enjoys writing and spends a lot of time reading. He is based in Chennai.
