About the Author
Avanti Mehta is an environmentalist and teacher who loves to garden and draw. She lives on a mango orchard near Roorkee with her husband, daughter and dogs.
Manjari Chakravarti spent most of her childhood between the covers of picture books. When she grew up, she studied art, drew, painted, sculpted and did printmaking. Manjari lives and works in Shantiniketan.
