About the Contributors

Roopa Pai has been writing for children for over a decade. While she has written plenty of fiction, her forte is children’s non-fiction, particularly science writing, for which she has won a Children’s Book Trust award. She is also a seasoned journalist and writes regularly on travel, lifestyle, personalities and trends. She loves exploring new places, different cultures, trying new food and has a passion for history.

Greystroke is an illustrator and designer who has been illustrating ever since he can remember. He is a self-taught artist with a flair for humorous illustration, whose work has won several awards. He published the children’s magazine Chatterbox with his friends for many years and was the cartoonist for the Indian Review of Books. Apart from illustrating, he also writes and makes films.
