About the Author

The author started her writing career as an advertising copywriter. She began writing and illustrating for children after her daughter was born ten years ago. She has written extensively for the Deccan Herald's children's supplement Open Sesame and the children's magazine Chatterbox. Her other loves are gardening, doodling and dog-sitting an adopted stray.
