In Lisbon, two dear friends and compatriots from Goa, José and Vitorino are most impressed by the principles of freedom that sweep across Europe. They decide to introduce them in their motherland and release their people from foreign bondage. For this they draw up a plan to overthrow the Portuguese rule in Goa.
