About the Contributors
The author was an Indian economist and politician who served as the third President of India, from 13 May 1967 until his death on 3 May 1969.
The illustrator is also an animation filmmaker, whose films have been broadcast on MTV, Channel 4 and Nickelodeon and various international film festivals. She is a regular illustrator for Scholastic and has illustrated over 40 books.
