About the Contributors

Ann Matthews Martin is the author of The Baby Sitters Club series. She was born in Princeton, New Jersey, and is a graduate of Smith College. She now lives in the Hudson River Valley area of New York State. Ann used to be an editor of children's books and is now a full-time writer.

Raina Telgemeier is an American cartoonist. Her works include the autobiographical webcomic Smile, which was published as a full-color graphic novel in February 2010, and the follow-up Sisters and the fiction graphic novel Drama, all of which have been on The New York Times Best Seller lists.
