About the Contributors
A former lecturer, Kiran Kasturia did her M.Sc. specialising in Child Development. She has received the National Children’s Literature Award, and many prizes in CBT competitions. She has contributed to magazines such as Children’s World and Grihalakshmi and has writtten for the NCERT and CSE.
Zainab Tambawalla has studied Animation from NID ahmedabad. She has worked with Animagic on their award winning films. Zainab, a mother to two, thinks that there is no better way of capturing the day to day fun and craziness that comes with children in the house than illustration. Illustrating for children books keeps her closest to animation, and to telling stories in images. She also teaches at a graphic design school in mumbai and is an avid nature lover.
