About the Author
The author is a pioneering Malayalam short-story writer, with ten short-story collections, three memoirs and an autobiography to her credit. She is the recipient of the Lalithambika Antharjanam Award and the Katha Prize, among others.
Fathima E.V. is a writer and translator. Her translation of Subhash Chandran's A Preface to Man won the Crossword Book Award for Fiction in Translation.
