Dr. Jayanta Kumar Sharma is a scientist working with the Assam Agricultural University, and has 23 years of experience in teaching, research and extension. He has trained officials of the line departments in the north eastern states of India in agricultural extension management and has served as an expert in agricultural extension in various panels of a number of state and central government organisations.
