About the Authors

Sanjeev Vidyarthi is a leading scholar of India’s spatial planning and city design based at Chicago. He was a professor of architecture at the Aayojan School of Architecture in Jaipur and is currently an associate professor of Urban Planning and Policy at University of Illinois at Chicago (USA).

Born and raised in Jaipur, Megha Bhatnagar is a leading architect of the city today. Her practice pays particular attention to crafting simple and elegant designs suited to the cause and context.

Guarav and Megha Bhatnagar are co-founders of a well established architectural firm in Rajasthan.

Rajan Bhatt is an architect and industrial designer by training, and a passionate photographer.

Also trained as an architect, Ela Singhal serves as the Executive Director of Architecture Foundation, an organization committed to promote awareness of Architecture in India.
