About the Contributors
Br. Prasanna Swaroopa began his career in the IT industry serving It in various capacities, including software engineering, design, project management and general management. After having devoted 14 years to it, he exited the IT profession to explore and discover what lies beyond the usual avenues of employment. He then became a disciple of Swami Bhoomananda Tirtha and spent 12 years in Narayanashrama Tapovanam (an ashram in Kerala). This path of self-discovery enabled him to understand and realize the intricacies of the mind and their application to everyday life situations.
T. D. Chandrasekhar has been involved with businesses for three decades now, first as a practicing executive and later as an external expert. In his current role as a coach, a facilitator and a consultant for over a decade, he has coached over 75 executives, and facilitated over 750 corporate programmes, covering more than 15,000 executives. As an invited speaker, he has addressed over 100 occasions, including initiatives such as TEDx. His focus has primarily been on excellence, creativity and innovation both at individual and organizational levels with leading business organizations in India and overseas.
