About the Author

The author is Director at the Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, Haryana. He is also a professor at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (on leave). He has taught at numerous educational institutions, including in Europe, Asia and North America. Dr Sharma has a doctoral degree with a major in marketing and a double minor in psychology and quantitative analysis from Louisiana Tech University.
