Ricardo Cabral is a faculty at the State Council of Educational Research and Training. After completing his M.A. (English) and M. Phil from Bombay University and Goa University respectively, he obtained his Ph.D. from Pune University. He has participated in National conferences and seminars. Also, he has number of research papers published in journals of repute.
