Late Blooms, is a collection of 27 poems and captures his evolution into a poet with a distinct style, and a voice that touches the hearts of the readers. The book chronicles his metamorphosis from an inward looking narrator exploring the petals of his inner self into a mature voice with a keen and sensitive eye for the people and the world around.
This first poems came out rhyming bound in a chid’s fascination of the world around then. aPredictable subjects like rains, Sinbad and Mumbai. Then later on the poetry moves to teenage years and romance.
As the poetry progresses it becomes more vivid and full of depth. It is in the later poems such as ‘Kaleidoscope’, ‘Spectacle’ that the author believes he may have found his voice.
