About the Author

Anisha Motwani , a well-known business strategist, speaker and columnist, has been closely associated with some of the biggest companies in India over the past three decades. Business Today rated her as one of the ‘50 Most Powerful Women in Indian Business’ from 2009 to 2011. She was also in the ‘Top 50 Women in Media, Marketing and Advertising’ list, published by Impact, for four years in a row from 2011. She has, besides, been conferred the Udyog Ratan by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi. An architect of several well-known consumer brands, Anisha is also credited with creating vibrancy in some staid product categories. She has t he exceptional ability to turn insights into theory and theories into action, and is a prominent member of several professional associations, industry bodies and corporate boards. She is a regular speaker at national and global business forums and publishes her point of view on gender diversity, business, consumer and digital trends in – a portal of marketing insights she has founded – in addition to several leading publications. Anisha lives in Delhi with her husband Mahinder and children Prerna and Prithviraj.
