Nikhil Baisane translated Dadu Mandrekar's impactful Marathi book, "Untouchable Goa," into English. This made the stories of the Dalit community in Goa accessible to a wider audience. Baisane is a multilingual freelance writer, working in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Academically accomplished, he holds a Master's in English and was a gold medalist.
