About the Author
The author started his teaching career in London working in comprehensive education, remand homes and a 50-bed school for profoundly disturbed adolescents. He was then Headteacher at Northern House Special School in Oxford for over 20 years. Roy now works in primary schools as a general advisor on both class management and behaviour management plans for individual pupils. He also delivers teacher training in child development and safeguarding.
